How and when sellers get paid
Updated June 17, 2026
Payout flow
Payouts run on Stripe Connect. When a buyer pays, the funds settle into your Stripe balance (minus the platform fee). When you mark the order completed (or pickup is verified), the funds become eligible for payout.
Hold period
There's a short dispute-window hold (typically 1–3 days) before completed orders pay out. New sellers may have a longer initial hold per Stripe's own onboarding policy.
Payout schedule
By default Stripe pays out daily once funds are available. You can change to weekly or monthly in your Stripe dashboard.
Earnings dashboard
Visit Vendor → Earnings for a live view of gross sales, platform fees, refunds, and net payout per period. CSV export is available for your accountant.
1099-K reporting
Sellers passing $2,500 in calendar-year sales on CuzHens will receive a 1099-K from us by January 31 for tax filing.
