How reviews work
After an order is completed, buyers get an email invitation to review the farm and (optionally) the specific products. Reviews must be 1–5 stars, with optional text.
Vendor replies
Vendors can reply to any review from their vendor dashboard. Replies appear publicly under the review.
Flagging reviews
If a review violates our content policy (personal attacks, off-topic, false claims, contains contact info, etc.), tap "Flag" — our moderation team reviews within 1 business day. We don't remove negative reviews just because they're negative.
Verified-purchase reviews
Reviews from completed orders are marked "Verified purchase" and weight more heavily in farm ratings.
