Pickup verification for sellers

Why verification matters

Pickup verification is the trigger that marks an order completed and releases your payout. It also confirms to the buyer that pickup happened, which prevents most disputes.

How to verify

  1. When the buyer arrives, open the order in your vendor app or visit Vendor → Orders.
  2. The buyer shows their 4-digit pickup code (in their order email and account).
  3. Tap "Verify pickup" and enter the code — or use the camera to scan their QR.
  4. The order is now Completed and the buyer gets a confirmation email.

Pickup overrides

If the buyer forgot their code but you recognize them, tap "Override pickup" — note the reason and we'll keep an audit log. Overrides used more than 5% of the time can flag your account for review.

No-shows

Configure your no-show policy on your storefront. Typical policies: full refund within 48 hours, hold-for-rescheduling for 24 hours, or a small no-show fee.
